EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures all production equipment are in good condition at all times.
- Responsible for the maintenance of production equipment and tooling, which includes troubleshooting,
regrinding, and tooling adjustments. - Assists in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment/machinery.
- Supports in upgrading production equipment and tooling.
- Responsible for the calibration of measuring and test equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or related engineering courses.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience gained from a company specializing in Semiconductor or Electronics.
- Knowledgeable on SMT machines, Test machines, Wire Bonding, and Die Attach machines.
- Must be willing to work or relocate in the Clark Freeport Zone.
PROCESS ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs all activities and processes related to maintaining process control and improving yield.
- Provides support for the evaluation of new products.
- Provides assistance with production-related concerns regarding the quality of products and services.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; a specialization in Electronics & Communication or related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment is
preferred. - Experience in any of the following: SMT, Wafer Laser Cutting, Die Bonding and Wire Bonding.
- Preferably residing in Pampanga.
QA ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluating production lines to ensure the proper use of materials, tools, and assembly procedures
- Leading problem-solving investigations (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Fishbone) to address production issues
and customer complaints - Conducting internal and external audits and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment
is preferred. - Preferably residing in Pampanga
FACILITY STAFF
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), coordinate custodial tasks, and conduct routine facility
inspections to identify hazards. - Implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with
regulations. - Oversee third-party suppliers, negotiate service contracts, and supervise on-site repair work.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or engineering
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Knowledgeable in Building Electrical (Preferably EIM NCII holder)
- Knowledgeable in Building Equipment (electric motors, air conditioning) and structural maintenance
MATERIAL CONTROLLER
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor raw material, component, and consumable inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment based on production schedules.
- Issue and track materials to production in accordance with work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials according to company and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory or material control (preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
PRODUCTION CONTROLLER/PLANNER
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements to forecast, plan, and schedule daily/weekly production batches.
- Monitor raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts and avoid excess warehousing costs.
- Coordinate labor hours, machinery availability, and staffing to meet scheduled output.
- Communicate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to track orders and adjust production timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering,
or related field - At least 1 to 2 years of experience in production control (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Versions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
HR STAFF
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and deployment of
qualified candidates. - Maintain accurate and organized personnel records, including historical employment data of each employee.
- Facilitate and conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Will be exposed to various facets of Human Resource administration as part of professional growth
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology,
Business Administration, or any related field. - With at least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or related fields.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Versions
- Must be willing to work or relocate in the Clark Freeport Zone
