Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensures all production equipment are in good condition at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance of production equipment and tooling, which includes troubleshooting,<br>regrinding, and tooling adjustments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assists in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment\/machinery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports in upgrading production equipment and tooling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the calibration of measuring and test equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or related engineering courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have at least 1 year of experience gained from a company specializing in Semiconductor or Electronics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledgeable on SMT machines, Test machines, Wire Bonding, and Die Attach machines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be willing to work or relocate in the Clark Freeport Zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROCESS ENGINEER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performs all activities and processes related to maintaining process control and improving yield.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides support for the evaluation of new products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides assistance with production-related concerns regarding the quality of products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering is required; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluating production lines to ensure the proper use of materials, tools, and assembly procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading problem-solving investigations (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Fishbone) to address production issues<br>and customer complaints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting internal and external audits and maintaining Quality Management Systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment<br>is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably residing in Pampanga<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FACILITY STAFF<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duties &amp;
